Although purchase is not available on our site, the retailers we work with offer a simple, easy and stress-free ordering process and then they hand the rest over to us!
Once your order has been passed over to us it will be processed by our efficient and organised sales team who will reserve the building for you on our system and pass your details onto our customer service team to arrange delivery.
We will send you a text and email to confirm your order and send you a link to our customer portal where you'll be asked to select a delivery date from our 3 week window. In our portal you'll find information on your order as well as lots of helpful extras!
Don't worry, if you're unable to book in your delivery slot using the MGP Portal within 48 hours of receiving the text or email, our friendly customer service team will give you a call to help you book this in over the phone.
Using only MGP Logistics, our in-house logistics company, we offer a communication and delivery experience that goes above and beyond. On the day of delivery, we will send you a text to confirm your two hour delivery slot and a link to our portal, where you'll be able to track the delivery.
To save you waiting around all day, you can use our live tracking service within the MGP Portal. This will give you the exact location of the driver and an accurate time of arrival, down to the minute! Once delivery has been successfully made, we will send you a confirmation via text or email.
If you have added installation to your order, your product will be moved to the construction location by our team and installed safely and to the highest standards. If you've chosen to install the building yourself, we provide high quality fixing kits and comprehensive instructions to assist in a simple and stress-free build.
We'll send you a confirmation of the delivery and provide details on how to raise a ticket, should you come across any issues with your new building. We'll also provide a feedback form for you to complete, to help us continue to improve our service in the future.
We remain at your disposal! Once your building has been constructed, we'll leave you to enjoy it, though should you need our help or support you will still have access to the MGP Portal or feel free to give us a call!
